Refunds and Cancellation

For programs delivered exclusively on the hybrid virtual learning platform.

For any cancellation request, please note that a refund of the fees paid is available within ten (10) business days after enrollment in the program.

For Business Start-Up programs

Fees paid will be refunded in full, minus the admission fee previously established by the school's administration.

Intellectual Property

All elements of this site, including downloadable documents, are royalty-free. With the exception of the iconography, reproduction of the pages of this site is permitted provided the source is credited. They may not be used for commercial or advertising purposes.

Liability

The information and/or documents appearing on this site and/or accessible through it come from sources considered reliable. However, this information and/or these documents may contain technical inaccuracies and typographical errors. Zoom Academy reserves the right to correct them as soon as such errors are brought to its attention.
