A seasoned manager, Michèle Boulianne has worked in education and business for more than 20 years. With a master's degree in administration, she has several business start-ups to her credit.
With enthusiasm and confidence, she guides learners through building their business plans across a range of industries. Creative and interested in the arts, she has also specialized in recent years in teaching artists who want to launch their business projects.
She now takes great pleasure in leading interactive training sessions, working alongside creators from all walks of life across Québec.
Louis-Philippe Lemay
Event Planning Coach
Louis-Philippe has been an event specialist for more than 10 years. Starting out as a festival coordinator, he has taken on a growing range of roles and projects over the years.
His childlike heart, his love of big celebrations, and his taste for the spectacular led him to specialize in large-scale cultural events.
He now works as a producer and executive producer for numerous cultural festivals across Québec. Louis-Philippe's productions have drawn more than 250,000 visitors since his beginnings and involved the work of nearly 10,000 volunteers. His passion for human relationships and business has also made him a specialist in sponsorship and sponsorship activation.
In addition to consulting for cultural and artistic events, he has taught event planning at Zoom Academy since 2017, putting his expertise to work for students by teaching them the many steps that lead to a successful event.

A graduate with honours in international business from Concordia University, Jackie-Anne had the opportunity to build and refine her online marketing and sales expertise in China and Spain before working with top sales experts in London. Entrepreneurship has always run in Jackie-Anne's veins, and she is proud to join forces with the Zoom Academy team, sharing her passion for sales funnels and online selling with the school's students.
France Raymond Daragon
Coach for Visual Arts Creators
France Raymond d'Aragon studied visual arts, media relations at Université de Montréal, drama at UQAM, helping relationships at CRAM, and art therapy at UQAT.
She explored her creativity and leadership at the Actor's Institute in New York and the Beaux-Arts in Nantes — a theme she has been teaching for more than ten years through her art-based transformation program, Libérez votre créativité (Unleash Your Creativity).
An accomplished artist, her works are part of private collections in Québec, across Canada, and in Europe. They reflect who she is: generous, vibrant, and accessible.
